Responsibilities

  • Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
  • Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Shift Schedule: PM 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Days Off: Saturday, Sunday
  • Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. - One (1) year of experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting preferred. - Kind, calm, and empathetic demeanor. - Ability to build rapport with residents, including those with behavioral health needs. - Cultural sensitivity, including awareness of Jewish traditions and diverse populations. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Bilingual abilities preferred (e.g., English/Spanish, Cantonese, or Russian). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain attentive for extended periods. - Ability to respond quickly to resident needs and safety concerns. - Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone. - Ability to occasionally assist with light environmental tasks within resident areas.
