Responsibilities

• As a home health care physical therapist / PT, you will:
• Partner with clients and families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their loved one's development and/or rehabilitative care
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits

Requirements

• Active Delaware or multistate Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Passion for community-based care
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
• NER-DE
