Clinic Assistants (5.5 days, Specialist Clinic)

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to grow with us and experience working in a growing team! Our ENT specialist clinics provides high quality treatments relating to Ear, Nose and Throat conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic.
• Register patients and provide frontline customer service.
• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
• Operate Clinic Management System (CMS).
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor.

Requirements

• Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• Past experience in outpatient operations and/or with valid nurse practising certificate preferred.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements.
• Computer literacy.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.

Job Highlights A subsidiary of Alliance Healthcare Group Limited. Working hours: 5.5 days' week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday, 9am to 1pm) . Working Location: Gleneagles Hospital (6 Napier Road)
