QA/QC ENGINEERING for PRECISION ENGINEERING

Responsibilities

• Over all planning for quality department
• Ensuring that the Quality System of the company is documented and implemented effectively to meet the IS
• 9001 QMS and arrange internal and External audit.
• Controls all the documents throughout the company
• Responsible for initiate and closure of Non-Conformance Report and Corrective and Preventive Action Repor
• Making sure each equipment are calibrated on due time
• Liaise with customer on all customer complaints and feedbacks
• Able to Handle OR knowledge about various type of measuring instruments like Smart scope & CMM
• Support inspection if necessary
• Able to read technical drawings and deep knowledge about GD&T
• Liaise with vendors on all quality requirements.

Requirements

• -⁠ ⁠NTC/ITC in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Quality Assurance Engineering Experience in PRECISION ENGINEERING industry
• Able to use software applications like MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and AutoCAD
• -⁠ ⁠At least 4 years relevant experience Experience in measuring sheet metal and precision machined componentS
