- Significant experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations, with a strong focus on automation and MarTech infrastructure in a global or multi-market environment.

- Deep hands-on expertise with enterprise CRM platforms such as Braze and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong understanding of multi-channel orchestration.
- MarTech & Data Fluency:
- Strong technical understanding of modern MarTech ecosystems (CDPs, analytics, CRM platforms). Comfortable working with tools like Amplitude, HighTouch, and data warehouses such as Redshift.
- Automation Mindset:

Your Mission We are looking for a highly technical, systems-oriented CRM Automation & MarTech Lead to own the global automation and infrastructure layer of our CRM function. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our CRM Operating model - moving from manual execution to scalable, automated systems. You will work cross-functionally with Global CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to optimize our MarTech stack, improve data flows, and design frameworks that enable high-velocity experimentation and personalisation. Serving as the bridge between strategy and execution, you will ensure that global CRM teams are equipped with the tools, processes, and infrastructure needed to operate efficiently and scale effectively.
