We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager to head our ERP & Finance Services team in IT, driving the modernization and harmonization of our ERP landscape across continents. Your Mission As Senior Manager, ERP & Finance Services, you will: Lead a diverse, international team supporting Nilfisk's ERP and Finance applications, with key hubs in Budapest, China, and Mexico. Oversee the transition to SAP S/4HANA and the rollout of our new ERP architecture, ensuring business continuity and value realization at every stage. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in production, supply chain, and finance to align ERP capabilities with Nilfisk's strategic goals. Drive vendor partnerships and manage a complex application portfolio (SAP ECC, S/4, SAP Public Cloud, Navision, Ariba, Concur, Onestream, Medius, etc.). Champion best practices in application governance, IT compliance, and service management. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance within your team.
