About the opportunity (Posted on behalf of Starchild AI) : We are Starchild. We are looking for a resourceful and ambitious AI Operations & Research Intern based in Florian贸polis to join us on this mission. You'll play an integral role in the team, helping turn ideas and strategies into real, creatively executed initiatives within a fast-moving AI startup environment. 馃憤 What you'll be working on: Support research and analysis across real estate data, investment opportunities, and emerging tech applications. Assist in building small tools or quick prototypes (e.g., using Python or no-code/AI tools) to improve workflows. Collect, clean, and organize local and online data to support decision-making. Coordinate with local stakeholders and help drive operational execution on the ground. Contribute to testing ideas and helping move projects from concept to execution. Who will you be working with? Work directly with the founder on day-to-day initiatives and strategic exploration. Collaborate across different project areas including real estate, agriculture, and tech. Support coordination with external partners when needed. What challenges will you face? Working across diverse and sometimes ambiguous projects with evolving priorities. Balancing research, execution, and coordination tasks simultaneously. Figuring things out independently with limited structure or predefined processes. Adapting quickly and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality. About you: Student or recent graduate (Computer Science, Systems, Economics, Business, or related fields). Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity. Basic coding skills (Python, data handling, or rapid prototyping). Based in Florian贸polis. Bonus: Spanish proficiency. Experience with social media or content distribution. Additional Info: Part-time (~20 hours/week) with flexible working hours (not a standard 9-5). Opportunity to convert to a full-time role.
