This role involves providing high-quality care, leading shifts, and supporting the development of both residents and staff within a therapeutic environment.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide direct care and emotional support to children and young people.
Act as a role model, promoting positive behaviors and independence.
Support staff through guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job training.
Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and record-keeping.
