Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection and receiving activities such as probing trucks, weighing trucks, and gathering product samples

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years' relevant experience required
  • Ability to operate mobile equipment and/or a valid driver's license preferred
  • Physical Requirements and Working Environment
  • Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
  • Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds
  • Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 180 feet
  • Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures

Position Summary The Operations Worker II is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position responsible for supporting bagging line operations, operating automated and robotic systems, receiving, inspection, storage and assisting across the facility as production demands shift-especially during peak and harvest seasons. Employees work rotating shifts and must be comfortable in a physically demanding environment that includes climbing heights up to 200 feet, team lifting of heavy bags, and working around rail operations. Safety is the top priority, with strict adherence to PPE, mobile equipment requirements, and rail safety procedures. This role is ideal for hard‑working individuals with a strong production or factory mindset who are comfortable with repetitive work, willing to learn, and able to perform effectively in a high‑output processing environment.
