Utilize specialized knowledge of proprietary platforms and advanced toolsets to capture high-level requirements, design innovative solutions, and articulate technical specifications with precision. Provide data-driven insights through advanced analytics, coordinating complex data extraction and interpretation across distributed systems. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, Project Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to design and implement next-generation architectures, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with enterprise standards. Champion quality assurance by leading functionality, integration, and user acceptance testing, while maintaining rigorous documentation of test cases and outcomes. Apply cutting-edge technical expertise to deliver automation, scalability, and security across hybrid environments. Lead initiatives that modernize enterprise ecosystems, enhance operational resilience, and enable continuous innovation through advanced automation, observability, and cloud-native strategies. REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: applying SRE principles to optimize high-availability systems and automate operational workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of FIS applications including 'FIS Cleared Derivatives', 'ClearVision', and 'GMI'; analyzing capital markets including exchange traded derivatives (ETD), clearing workflows, margining, and risk management; deploying and managing Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes clusters in public and private clouds including Azure, AKS, AWS, and EKS; building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Harness, and GitOps; optimizing Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases for performance and resilience; architecting end-to-end monitoring solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK, Loki, and Splunk and implementing proactive alerting and anomaly detection; applying chaos engineering with Harness CE and Keptn to validate system resilience; and utilizing tooling including Java, Python, Shell scripting, container runtimes (containerD), and secrets management using HashiCorp Vault.
