Requirements

• Degree or Certification in IT related field
• 5-8 years of experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, virtualization, server management, storage, and basic networking
• Experience in large, complex environments with multiple locations
• Familiar with standard IT practices and policies
• Familiar with IT service management tools and processes (helpdesk, ticketing, etc.)
• Eagerness to contribute
• Must Have Skills:
• Phone Calls Handling Skills (International Clients)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Server (Physical, Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV) Basic Troubleshooting / Knowledge
• Network Basic Troubleshooting / Knowledge
• Active Directory & M365 Administration
• Laptop, Desktop, Printer, VPN, Outlook, SharePoint Basic Troubleshooting
• ITIL Certification
• Good To Have Skills:
• Worked in Service Desk / Help Desk / Internal IT Environment
• ServiceNow Ticketing Tool
• Azure Active Directory
• Server Management (Physical, Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV))
• Network Management
• Willingness to work from Office (Hybrid)
• Shift - 2:30AM to 11:30AM IST (night shift)

You will be exposed to several aspects of our Technology Consulting Practices, including: Consulting process, tools and methodologies Referenced architecture design and best practices Engaging with clients and developing their IT initiatives
