Fresher IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provision, image, and configure desktops and laptops for new hires and existing users
• Install and configure operating systems, standard software, and enterprise applications
• Perform device setup including domain joining, user account configuration, and security policies
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure devices meet company standards before deployment
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, OS, and software issues during provisioning
• Maintain accurate records of assets, device assignments, and inventory
• Assist with device refreshes, replacements, and decommissioning
• Follow documented IT procedures and imaging standards
• Provide basic end-user support during device handover

Work Location: Tuas Work Mode: WFO Salary: 1800-2300 We are looking for a motivated Fresher IT Support Engineer to support the provisioning, imaging, and deployment of desktops and laptops for end users.
