Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint Identity Management solutions supporting the Department of State ICAM program.
• Provide technical expertise supporting the implementation and integration of SailPoint, Okta, and Radiant Logic platforms.
• Develop and configure workflows supporting onboarding, provisioning, offboarding, deprovisioning, and access recertification processes.
• Support integrations with enterprise systems including Active Directory, CyberArk, Splunk, and other identity-related platforms.
• Lead technical design, development, testing, and deployment of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilot initiatives.
• Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and system design artifacts.
• Review and provide technical input on Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and related project documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and partner organizations regarding ICAM initiatives and future-state planning.
• Support Client Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) initiatives and identity consolidation efforts.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities including patching, upgrades, and system sustainment.
• Assist with Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) requirements and technical compliance efforts.
• Support incident response activities requiring SailPoint engineering expertise.
• Provide regular status updates regarding technical development efforts and project milestones.
