Export Logistics Assistant (East / Up to $3k + AWS + VB)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete pharmaceutical logistics shipments in compliance with operational standards
• Liaise with customers to manage shipment orders and coordinate delivery requirements
• Book airfreight with airlines and execute Air Waybills (AWBs)
• Update and maintain accurate import and export inventory records
• Perform picking and packing of pharmaceutical products according to procedures
• Support daily logistics operations and handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations (inventory management/inspection), manufacturing shipping, e-commerce back-office operations, or logistics administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
• Experience in airfreight or logistics operations is an added advantage
