Responsibilities

  • Manage core system infrastructure end to end
  • Work closely with Regional PMs to support factories/ODMs/partners as technical rep
  • Develop and manage Server Setup process for software installation servers worldwide

  • Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in systems engineering, computer programming language, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of IT concepts, including networking, databases (such as MS SQL or Cosmos DB), and operating systems (Windows or Linux), gained through academic studies, labs, or personal projects.
  • Basic understanding or exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS through coursework, certifications, or self-learning.
  • Familiarity with technical support concepts, including incident and problem management (ITIL fundamentals), with an interest in working in a support environment.
  • Understanding of system and network infrastructure basics, including connectivity principles.
  • Exposure to tools deployment or support through internships, university projects, or hands-on labs is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic and international) as required.
