Department: 35844 Advocate Christ Medical Center - Med Surg: IU 7 South Medical Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 24 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Part time, two shifts a week 7am-7pm. Rotating weekends and holidays Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Registered Nurse (RN) -7S Med/Surg Full Time .6 7a Where You Will Work : 7 South is a medical surgical, remote telemetry unit that cares for patient's ages 18+ with a variety of medical conditions. We care for chronic ventilator patients, peritoneal dialysis, administer blood products, provide wound care, and administer heparin and insulin drips. Our nurses work 7 to 7 and our PCIA's work 6 to 6. There are 44 beds on the unit. All of the beds are semi-private (two patients to a room) and we block the rooms for isolation or ventilators. We're Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
