What's the role As a Contracts Coordinator (internally referred to as a Confirmations Coordinator ), you will support the end-to-end confirmations and contracts process. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing first-draft standard confirmations using templates; issuing draft confirmations to customers and following up as needed; preparing contracts, confirmations, and related documents for electronic or hard-copy signature; and obtaining internal approvals in line with contract procedures and the Manual of Authorities.
