About the role
As Software Asset Management Analyst, you will support the effective management of ICT's software assets across the full lifecycle. Responsibilities

- Work with ICT, Procurement, Finance, Commercial, technical teams and vendors on software ordering, renewals and contract terms.
- Identify opportunities to improve SAM processes, data quality, cost tracking, renewal forecasting and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in software asset management, ICT procurement or IT operations within a complex organisation.
- Advanced knowledge of software asset management principles, licensing models and compliance frameworks.
- Strong capability using asset management or IT service management tools, including ServiceNow, with Flexera Snow Atlas experience required for this role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
