Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional meet and greet service for all visitors
• Manage a suite of meeting rooms, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Issue security passes and support access control procedures
• Handle courier deliveries, post, and general administrative tasks
• Order and maintain stock levels across reception and office supplies
• Manage permits and coordinate with internal teams
• Replenish and maintain coffee machines
• Work collaboratively with on site service providers, including our hospitality partner
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts from 08:30am - 5pm (occasional 07:30am - 4pm shifts)
• Salary: £32,000
• We're looking for someone who brings confidence, positivity, and genuine customer service passion.
• Essential experience & qualities:
• Previous experience in a front facing role - ideally front of house or reception
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, multi tasking environment
• Strong understanding of what excellent service looks like
• Good level of technology literacy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, proactive, and always ready to go the extra mile
