Production Associate

About the role

You'll support several large client rollouts of Point of Sales devices by fulfilling client orders. You will be responsible for the handling of Point-of-Sale equipment from an order fulfillment and refurbishment from the organization to the merchant.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Customer Orders which involves picking, assembling/packing and shipping orders.
• Become proficient injecting and downloading devices.
• Meet Daily Quality Goals.
• Meet Daily Production Goals.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• What you need to have:
• Experience using a computer (email, excel a must, Oracle a plus)and accessories (handheld scanners, printers)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
• What will be great to have:
• Experience injecting/downloading/shipping of POS units
• Technical troubleshooting of various electronics
• Forklift experience,
• Ability to work overtime as required

• Salary Range
• $40,800.00 - $55,200.00
• These pay ranges apply to employees in Massachusetts, California (excluding Sunnyvale) and District of Columbia. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
