We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference. クリニカル・オペレーションズ・リーダーは、臨床オペレーションとしての成果物（タイムライン、質、生産性）を確実に提供するために、プロジェクトリーダーやスポンサーと連携を取りながら、クリニカルチームを取りまとめ、プロジェクトにおける臨床オペレーション戦略の実施全般において、説明責任を負います。 なお、プロジェクトリーダーが任命されていないような小規模なプロジェクトにおいては、プロジェクトリーダーとしての役割も担います。 責任者として任命された業務は、グローバルリサーチオペレーションの全ての規律を含むものとします。 現場で治験にあたる CRA のチームマネジメント 顧客対応 - プロジェクト計画と開始 - プロジェクトの実施、管理と評価 - プロジェクト終結 臨床オペレーション戦略の CRA や関係各所への説明 小規模なプロジェクトにおける、プロジェクトリーダーの役割 【求める知識・経験】 臨床開発の実務経験5年以上（CRA・PM・PL経験含む） 臨床部門でのチームリーダーまたは同様の経験（臨床試験における部門間の調整業務実績などを含む）、 臨床研究における実務経験、またはこれらと同様の臨床研究における経験 Global Study、英語を業務で使った経験等があれば尚可
