Responsibilities

Requirements
- BA or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience as a generalist, specialist, or business partner, ideally within the Tech, Engineering or other fast-growth corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch Labour Law and social security legislation, and general familiarity with US employment legislation.
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
- Strong coaching and advisory skills, balancing empathy with professional firmness.
- Ability to evaluate difficult business situations and deliver pragmatic solutions that enable teams to work more efficiently.
- Process-oriented mindset with a natural focus on continuous improvement and structural efficiency.
- Proven experience in providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done.
- Ability to anticipate and adopt innovations in business-building digital and technology applications.
- This is an office-based/hybrid role at Robin Radar premises (minimum of 3 days in the office).
