- Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management
- Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects
