Limited Partner Relations Associate

About the role

When a GP raises a fund on AngelList, LPs trust the platform as much as they trust the GP. LP Relations is the team behind that trust: the front line for more than 100,000 investors, especially in the moments that are hardest to get right. It comes down to the details: clear communication, accurate reporting, document management, correct money movement, and capable support when questions come up. This is a customer-facing role. You'll work directly with the investors in the funds we administer and run point on the toughest situations: diligence calls with fund counsel, frustrated GPs, time-sensitive closings, and edge cases that have to be solved in real time. Resolving them means pulling in the right people across legal, tax, banking, sales, and product. The strongest people on this team notice the patterns behind recurring issues and fix the system. You will surface what's broken, form a point of view on how it should work, and drive the projects that make our service better for every LP. This is a role for someone who operates with judgment and ownership, and who is energized by problems that don't come with a playbook. This is a hybrid role based in our NYC office. The base salary for this role starts at $110,000 annually, and actual compensation will vary based on a number of factors including a candidate's professional background and experience.
