About the role

More and more of how Zowie wins happens in a room, not a feed. The AI Agent Academy, CX Mastermind, executive dinners, the conferences we're building next - these are where business leaders decide we're worth their trust. If you love the thrill of putting together great events (bringing the right people into a room, crafting the atmosphere where the valuable conversations happen naturally), and you've already done this kind of work, just under a different label, this is it. The student business club initiative that grew bigger than anyone expected. The TEDx team you led or the Toastmasters chapter you ran. You filled the room, hosted it, and made it count - it's the core of the role at Zowie. Now you want to do it with real stakes - executive guests, real budget, pipeline on the line. You'd plan the events, fill them with the right people, host them, and run the follow-up. Founder partnership, no senior producer above you running the show. The room is yours to shape. If this sounds like the work that gives you the spark, we should talk.

Requirements

  • You've already made events happen. A student business club, a TEDx team, a Toastmasters chapter, a business competition, a community meetup - pick your proof. You, not the institution around you, made the room buzz.
  • You have taste. You know what a premium event feels like, and you can produce that feeling.
  • You make ideas real. Hand you "an executive dinner for insurance leaders" and you come back with the venue booked, the guest list locked, the agenda built, and the follow-up planned. You don't wait to be unblocked.
  • You stay organised under pressure. Senior guests, real money, many moving parts. Nothing slips.
  • You can host. You're comfortable in front of a room. You make people feel welcome, and you can MC when you need to.
  • You think commercially. You care who is in the room, why they came, and what pipeline it creates. Events are a GTM channel to you, not logistics.
  • You're AI-native. You draft, build decks, and run research with AI by default. You don't wait for design or content to unblock you.
  • You're willing to travel. Trade shows, new markets - you go where the value is.
  • B2B exposure through internships, working-student roles, or agency work
  • A track record of growing a community or owned event across multiple editions
  • AI-native culture:
  • We are:
  • Ambitious and innovative. We never settle. We always look for better ways of doing things.
  • Like a sports team. We take ownership of our work and believe in personal accountability. At the same time, we work together, support each other, and focus on winning as a team.
  • Unafraid of change. The market we're in is changing rapidly, and we thrive in this ever-evolving environment.
  • Growing fast. You'll have a lot of autonomy and impact as we grow.

Additional Information

About Zowie: At Zowie, we build AI agents that handle millions of real conversations every month, for brands like InPost, Empik, Decathlon, and Allianz. They track packages, sort out claims, and actually resolve the issues people bring them. We're changing how people interact with brands, and it's already running at scale.
