Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring high standards of data quality during ongoing fieldwork by conducting continuous monitoring, proactive checks, and early issue identification to prevent data errors and maintain study integrity.

  • Identify potential risks or recurring quality issues early in the fieldwork cycle.
  • Take corrective actions such as 1- Flagging suspicious interviews 2- recommending rework OR respondent replacement.
  • Work closely with project managers, and operations teams to implement preventive actions.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve field execution quality.
  • Support training initiatives based on recurring quality issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Market Research, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in fieldwork quality control, data validation, or survey operations.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and field processes.
  • Experience in conducting PBCs, spot checks, and quality audits.
  • Ability to coach, influence, and hold interviewers accountable.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with field teams and stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy and accurate keyboard skills.
  • Proficiency in local language(s) both written and verbal.
  • Thorough understanding of the related NielsenIQ SOPs and field work standards.
