Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in logistics, transportation operations or supplier management with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree, or 0 years of experience with a PhD.
- Proficiency in logistics systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Advanced skills in analytics tools and automation solutions for performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), 8D, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with quality and regulatory standards, including ISO 9001, IATF, IATA, Dangerous Goods, Customs Regulatory, Trade Compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data-driven problem-solving and develop scalable operational solutions.
- Degree or Master's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership in supplier engagement and strategic performance management.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and emerging technologies.
