Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, ensuring deadlines are met and results are accurate

- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and control effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in corporate accounting or financial reporting
- CPA Designation required
- Solid understanding of financial statements, close processes and account reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
- Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Accounting experience with large-scale Enterprise Reporting systems, knowledge of Workday preferred
