About the role

This role is responsible for designing and structuring database solutions based on client requirements, while evaluating feasibility, capacity, and delivery timelines within a global operational environment. Responsibilities

  • Translate internal client requirements into structured and scalable database designs.
  • Assess the feasibility of client requisitions by analyzing scope, timelines, data availability, and operational capacity.
  • Negotiate delivery timelines and priorities with internal clients to ensure realistic commitments.
  • Execute daily operational and new setup tasks to ensure accurate and on‑time global deliverables.
  • Lead coding and data validation activities, ensuring compliance with industry and client standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal client inquiries, coordinating resolution with Global Client Liaison and Global Service teams.
  • Proactively communicate status, risks, incidents, and technical updates to global stakeholders.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to data structure, processes, or system outputs.
  • Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in coding, data validation, and instruction environments within internal platforms (e.g., Nielsen tools).
  • About you:
  • This person will be responsible for executing Business as Usual activities and new set‑up processes to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of global client solutions across multiple countries, meeting quality standards and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Any Graduate, preference given to Admin, Economics, Commerce
  • +1 year of experience
  • English: speaking and writing with fluency
  • Excel Intermediate- Advanced
  • Programming in R/Python, SQL (desirable)
