Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and executing annual DTC sales plans
- Develop and manage the P&Ls associated with the Titleist and FootJoy e-commerce businesses
- Partner with both internal and external resources to plan and execute successful digital marketing efforts that drive traffic, database growth, deepen consumer engagement and conversion on the Titleist and FootJoy ecommerce sites
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners on product category objectives and develop the strategy, plans and budgets to achieve goals
- Perform hands-on updates and analysis as necessary (content uploading, analytics monitoring, merchandising)
- Lead the forecast process for DTC, working closely with the product management teams to actively manage DTC inventory
- Develop suite of reporting tools and KPI's to effectively benchmark e-commerce performance and communicate to stakeholders
- Work closely with global business leads to develop and implement critical capabilities for the Canadian market, including the expansion of custom offerings and the development of leading-edge customer relationship management tools
- Work closely with global business leads to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and applications, ensuring global best practices are being implemented locally
- Ensure compliance to all data security, credit card, and other reporting functions
- What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven years of progressively increased responsibility eCommerce, DTC sales, functions, and platforms
- The ideal candidate will have golf /sporting goods or consumer products marketing experience
- Experience building compelling online experiences to drive consumer engagement and conversion
- Experience with Emarsys, SalesForce and Commerce Cloud
- Strong understanding of both the marketing and UX functionality of an e-commerce site and the supporting operational elements such as transaction flow, inventory, shipping, returns, customer service, etc.
- Able to work collaboratively in cross functional teams with strong project management and facilitation skills
- Skilled in both customer acquisition and retention marketing
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize disparate information to create recommendations
- Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and complete them on-time, on-budget, with a clear focus on quantitative results
- A willingness to be both strategic and provide a hands-on as needed approach is important to success in the role
