About the role
Job Responsibilities: Report directly to Design & Project Director Assist Director/Project Manager in managing Projects and Store setups. Assist Director/Project Manager in upkeeping Concepts. Coordinating between outlets'/service providers for incoming tenants setup. Liaising with landlord for stall setting up/ R&M matter. Coordinating with Service providers to obtain maintenance and service reports to Landlord as and when required. Coordinating between outlets'/service team in R&M matter. Assist in supervision of our sub-contractors. Other duties as and when assigned. Job Requirements: Professional certificate/NITEC in interior design/ Engineering (Mechanical)/ Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent. Minimum 1 year relevant working experience. Able to converse in Mandarin is a bonus to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
