Job Description Summary: To perform variety of clerical and general office tasks in support of assigned location (i.e. department, project office, etc.) Job Description: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Ability to perform all essential duties of Junior Administrative Assistant as needed - Coordinate and perform a range of division/department support activities; serve as a liaison with other divisions/departments. - Provides administrative support for the staff such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries. - Operate personal computer to compose and edit correspondence from dictation, verbal direction, or from knowledge of established division/department policies; may prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit, and distribute correspondence. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities for supervisors, which may include coordinating travel and lodging arrangements. - Assist division/department in problem solving, project planning, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives. - Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and/or other documents. - Sort, screen, review and distribute incoming and outgoing mail; compose, prepare, or ensure timely response to a variety of routine inquiries. - Requisition supplies, printing, maintenance, and other services. - Run miscellaneous errands; pick up deliveries as required or directed. - Maintain professional manner with clients and employees - Complete other responsibilities as assigned SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - High School Diploma or GED - Three years of office/clerical experience or equivalent - Ability to keyboard 50-60 wpm accurately - Word processing and/or data entry skills. - Proficient knowledge of general office procedures and office machines - Proficient in English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner - Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. - Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. - Reliability, dependability and flexibility SUMMARY OF BENEFITS: This role is eligible for the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), individual stock ownership, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, bereavement leave, employee assistance program, pre-tax flexible spending accounts, basic term life insurance and AD&D, business travel accident insurance, short and long term disability, financial wellness coaching, educational assistance, Care.com membership, ClassPass fitness membership, and DashPass delivery membership.
