Job Description Job Description Summary: The following details the expectations of a Decorating Machine Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Visually check quality of print against approved sample (check if light or dark, check if off-center, check if faded or missing print, check molding parts for shorts, flash, strings, grease, etc.). Maintain quality of product within your zone/machine(s). Load product into lid and cup printers. Sort through start-up. Pack parts and verify count is correct. Stir and add ink. Clean blankets and plates. Change and trim blankets. Start/stop printers. Clean color heads, rollers and fountains. Set up color heads for next print run. Assist decorating technicians with change-overs. Check plates, inks, labels and color standard against traveler. Clear unload in-feed, and restacker jams. Maintain appropriate speed assigned each printer. Follow all GMPs, Food Safety, and CCP's. Maintain paperwork such as audits, downtime logs and etc. Application of printed label to box. Any other duties assigned by supervisor or department manager. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
