Test Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced/senior Test Analyst to support large-scale projects across the globe at our growing institution. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities, and coordinate with on-shore/off-shore teams, business and technology stakeholders. He/she should be responsible to ensure high-quality delivery across complex platforms. Work closely and coordinate functional system integration (SIT), regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all testing activities for all the projects, including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off.
• Coordinate and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, schedules, and quality metrics aligned with enterprise testing standards for the project.
• Learn and understand the architecture of program applications and systems.
• Execute testing strategy, support junior testers, and contribute to process improvement
• Review test results and evaluate for conformance to design
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Document and track defects using ADO and in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate status reports and other artifacts for senior leadership.
• Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects stay on track.

Requirements

• Proven experience working on large-scale system migrations or platform transformations.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ADO, ALM, Jira)
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a highly competitive and demanding environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year.
• Leading testers in some capacity on daily basis.
• Scrum/Agile and Waterfall exposure.
• SAP/ERP/Sales Force implementations.
• Automation exposure
• Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing, with demonstrated experience in a Senior level capacity and willing to excel in testing practice.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
