Requirements

• A. Education & Training:
• High School graduate or GED equivalent. Completion of a vocational training program as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician.
• B. Experience:
• None.
• C. Required Certification/Registration/Licensure:
• Current Georgia AEMT certification. Valid Georgia driver's license. Current AHA/ARC BLS certification. AHA/ARC PALS or PEARS certification within 9 months. CPT training within 9 months of hire. FAST-ED stroke scale or obtained within three (3) months of hire.
