Job Description Engineering Assistant (Autonomous Mobile Robot) Engineering Assistant is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), robotic storage systems, and related automation equipment. You will ensure system performance, minimises downtime, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations. You will report to Production engineering lead based in Singapore. Main Responsibilities Provide first‑level technical support for mobile robots, lift, racks, conveyors, charging stations, and automation peripherals You will Respond promptly to equipment alarms, faults, and system downtime You will Support daily warehouse or manufacturing operations to maintain equipment uptime and system availability You will Perform preventive maintenance for mobile robots. You will conduct troubleshooting, repair and replacement of mechanical components. Electrical components, battery and charging systems You will verify system functionality and safety after maintenance activities You will help with software updates, system calibration, and communication checks between robots and WMS/WCS You will record all maintenance activities, faults, and corrective actions in maintenance management system. You will Rotate shift work (day/night shift) EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Academic Qualification: NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering Experience: Minimum 1~3 relevant experience in industrial automation, robotics systems, material handling equipment. Basic knowledge: English literate. You will have knowledge of using Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint. Candidates without work experience are welcome to apply.
