Payroll Lead (SAP HCM Time & Payroll/S/4HANA Migration)

Requirements

• Has at least 12 to 15 years overall SAP HCM experience with 8+ years hands-on SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management.
• Singapore payroll experience is mandatory .
• Has at least over 2 years on SuccessFactors EC integration.
• Has over 2 years full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations or ECC→S/4HANA migrations delivered.

Role: - S/4HANA Migration: End-to-end ECC → S/4HANA Payroll & Time Evaluation cutover. - Time Management Design: Schemas, work schedules, quotas, OT, allowances, absence rules . - Singapore Statutory: Full ownership of CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG payroll compliance. - Integration Design: SuccessFactors EC ↔ S/4HANA HCM + Payroll-to-FI/CO posting interface. - Platform Strategy: Lead H2E workshops and advise on future-state HR direction: S/4HANA HCM vs. SuccessFactors ECP. - Delivery & Hypercare: Lead onshore/offshore Payroll & Time team through parallel runs, data migration, cutover, and hyper-care.
