Graduate Program - Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify further enhancements of tools used in support of distribution optimisation
• Maximise the use of state-of-the-art mathematical distribution optimisation techniques in collaboration with the IT Decision Science team.
• Build a solid understanding of Air Products' processes, standards, and culture
• In this role, you will turn data into insights and insights into action.
• You will be supported by an Assignment Manager , a Program Sponsor , and the wider CDP network.

• In your second and third years, you will rotate into new assignments that:
• Broaden your experience across functions, businesses, or environments

Requirements

• We are looking for motivated graduates who are curious, adaptable, and ready to take ownership.
• Essential requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field.
• Graduation between Summer 2025 and August 2026
• Strong academic performance
• Desirable
• Internship, co‑op, or industrial placement experience
• Evidence of leadership, collaboration, or campus involvement
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
