- 4.数据报表与合规管理
- 统计新开拓门店数量、铺货进度、销售回款、库存周转等数据,定期提交渠道开拓报表;严格遵守医药行业合规准则、反商业贿赂及公司内控要求,全流程合规运营。
- Q ualifications and skills
- 本科及以上学历,药学、医药营销、生物、市场营销等相关专业优先;
- 1-3年医药DTP渠道、零售连锁、院外特药渠道开拓经验,熟悉华东/上海DTP药房资源者优先;
- 懂DTP双通道政策、药房合作模式、终端进场流程,具备独立商务谈判和新网点开拓能力;
- 目标感强、执行力高,善于陌生拜访和资源破冰,能承受业绩压力,愿意跑外勤、跑市场;
- 有RTM、MRT零售渠道经验、自带DTP药房资源者优先考虑。
