Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
- Must have experience in Construction / PCM / Manpower Supply company
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in client billing based on workers' timecards
- Good understanding of Singapore GST and related accounting practices
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- (e.g. formulas, billing sheets, reconciliation, reporting, data handling, etc.)
- Must have good knowledge of accounting software
- Good understanding of general accounting processes including AP, AR, invoicing and reconciliation
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to handle confidential financial information responsibly

Ltd. is looking for a responsible, experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer (Female) to support our daily accounting, billing and finance operations.
