Responsibilities

- Carrier Management & Coordination
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with airlines, GSAs, and key partners.
- Ensure timely communication of surcharge updates, market developments, and carrier announcements.
- Optimise space utilisation and loading plans based on available allocations and capacity.
- Internal Collaboration & Compliance
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and overseas offices to align pricing and procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies, governance requirements, and approval processes.
- Maintain pricing databases, systems, and tools to support operational efficiency.
- Support the resolution of customer escalations relating to pricing and capacity matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Air Freight Pricing, Procurement, or Commercial Management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of airline pricing structures, capacity management, and global air freight market dynamics.
- Proven experience managing RFQs/RFPs and multinational customer accounts.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pricing tools, and freight forwarding systems.
