About the role
We're looking for a Mobile Growth Manager to own and scale our app acquisition and growth channels. This role will be hands-on in building, testing, and optimizing campaigns across mobile platforms-working cross-functionally with creative, product, lifecycle marketing, and data science. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute mobile growth strategies across key acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and emerging platforms)
- Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking end-to-end
- Partner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing, platform-native ad creative (static, video, UGC)
- Design and run experiments to improve install rate, activation, retention, and monetization
- Work with product and lifecycle teams to optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and downstream engagement
- Build and leverage attribution frameworks (SKAN, MMPs) to measure true performance and guide decision-making
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on CPI, CAC, LTV, payback period, and retention metrics
- Identify and scale high-performing channels while quickly cutting underperforming ones
- Stay up to date with platform changes, privacy updates, and emerging opportunities in mobile growth
