• At least 1 year of relevant teaching or curriculum writing experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Working knowledge of the Singapore MOE syllabus

• Strong ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
• Creative, meticulous, and detail-oriented in curriculum design
• Strong classroom management and engagement skills

Role Overview: As a Teaching Specialist at TheEton Academy, you will play a dual role in curriculum development andhigh-quality lesson delivery. You will design and implement structuredenrichment programmes aligned with MOE standards, while guiding students tobuild strong thinking skills, confidence, and academic performance. Job Description: Curriculum Design & Development Design, develop, and refine enrichment programmes aligned with MOE syllabus and learning objectives Create high-quality lesson materials, resources, and assessments Work closely with the Head of Teaching & Curriculum to ensure consistency, rigour, and progression across programmes Teaching & StudentDevelopment Deliverengaging and effective lessons across assigned levels and subjects Coachand support students to achieve their academic potential Fostercuriosity, confidence, and a positive learning mindset Involvein covering After-School teachers Assessment & Progress Tracking Assess student work and provide clear, actionable feedback Monitor and track student progress systematically Prepare students for school assessments and key examinations (e.g. WA, EOY, PSLE) Parent Engagement Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication Provide updates on student progress, strengths, and areas for improvement Partner with parents to support each child's learning journey Team Collaboration & Contribution Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and teaching strategies Participate in training and professional development Contribute actively to team discussions and programme improvements Operations & Professional Responsibilities Work schedule: Wednesday to Sunday Carry out duties and responsibilities assigned by the management team Maintain professionalismin all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues
