- Prior experience building clinical products within digital health startups, executive physical programs, premium health clinics, or adjacent diagnostics spaces.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills; comfortable speaking the language of a tech-heavy software engineer, an on-site operational coordinator, and an elite, hyper-credentialed research physician.
- Strong comfort utilizing product analytics to analyze internal and external feedback to inform future development priorities.
- Highly motivated, creative, and completely comfortable setting up structured product parameters within an ambiguous, hyper-growth startup setting.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly rigorous Senior Product Manager, Clinical Product to lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous optimization of our diagnostics experience. In this highly cross-functional role, you will own the product lifecycle for everything a member encounters across their diagnostic journey - spanning premium in-clinic programs and cutting-edge remote tracking modules. You will serve as the connective tissue bridging world-class clinical experts, hardware technicians, operations leaders, and engineering teams. Your mission is to scale and refine the methodologies we use to catch chronic diseases early, translating complex multi-modal diagnostic data into a seamless, motivating, and life-changing health protocol.
