In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI theory and practical engineering, turning advanced concepts into functional, high-impact tools. Translate your deep academic understanding of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows into functional, real-world tools. Continuously scan the AI horizon to test emerging models, frameworks, and patterns, deciding what integrates into our core engineering toolkit. Embrace ambiguity by failing fast, pivoting quickly, and continuously refining the intelligent capabilities of our ecosystem. skills and experience required Master's degree in AI, open with 1-2 years of hands-onexperience. Strong grasp of AI tooling (Copilot,Claude, ChatGPT API integrations) and know how to weave theminto traditional codebases cleanly.
