HR cum Admin Assistant We are looking for a proactive, organised and trustworthy HR cum Admin Assistant who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, takes initiative and is able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. This role offers valuable hands-on exposure across a broad range of HR and office administration functions, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in Human Resources within a dynamic beauty industry environment. Job Responsibilities : Human Resources Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding of new employees. Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and other employee-related documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files. Administer employee attendance, leave, probation, confirmation and other HR documentation. Process Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations and other employment pass administration. Coordinate employee orientation, training, staff engagement activities and company events. Respond to day-to-day HR and employee enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Support HR operations and perform general HR administrative duties, excluding payroll processing. Office Administration Manage office stationery, pantry supplies, uniforms and general office inventory. Source products from local and overseas suppliers (including online platforms such as Taobao), compare quotations and coordinate purchases. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office and operational supplies. Maintain organised filing systems, office records and documentation. Provide administrative support to Management and assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned.
