Order Management Executive (1 year contract) #TNKC

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, and order status
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer and product information in internal systems
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery
• Track orders and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and maintain proper documentation records
• Support payment follow-up and coordinate shipment arrangements for local and export orders
• Assist in handling customer claims and service-related matters
• Generate reports and support sales and operational activities as required
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
