About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico - someone who can confidently manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions across multiple stages of the hiring process, without sacrificing quality or candidate experience. In this role, you'll own the hiring strategy and full-cycle execution for your business lines and contribute to projects that improve how we attract and hire talent across one of the fastest-growing freight technology companies in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 30+ active requisitions simultaneously across different stages of the hiring process - sourcing, interviewing, and offer - maintaining clear pipeline visibility and prioritizing effectively without dropping the ball.
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process: talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies that build strong, diverse talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers to align on expectations, design consistent interview processes, and drive quality hires across the organization.
  • Leverage ATS reports, dashboards, and recruiting metrics to manage pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and present data-backed insights to the business.
  • Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement at every stage of the process.
  • Collaborate with the broader Uber Freight TA team to support process improvements and share knowledge across the function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and 5 years of total professional experience.
  • Proven high-volume recruiting experience: demonstrated ability to manage 30+ active requisitions simultaneously across multiple stages of the selection process, in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to maintain full pipeline visibility across multiple roles without compromising candidate quality or experience.
  • Ability to use recruiting data and metrics to influence business decisions and back hiring goals.
  • Experience building partnerships with cross-functional teams (Recruiting, HR, Total Rewards).
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with the logistics, supply chain, or customs/freight brokerage industry - whether through recruiting for those types of roles or having worked directly in the space. This context helps you understand the business and engage candidates more effectively.
