Responsibilities
- DACH Territory Hunting & Logo Acquisition
- Own and execute a strategic growth plan to identify, qualify, and close high-value new logos across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

- Leverage your local network to build a strong pipeline of advocates, partners, and prospects.
- Maintain a highly accurate sales pipeline within CRM, consistently forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Required Qualifications:
- Experience & Skills
- 7+ years of Enterprise Software/SaaS sales experience, with a documented track record of carrying and exceeding an individual quota (ideally €1M+ / CHF 1M+ ARR).
- Native or bilingual fluency in German, with excellent professional English.
- A True Hunter Mindset: A proven history of securing new business logos from scratch, rather than managing established, mature accounts.
- Deep Local Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of business etiquette, buying behaviors, and the corporate landscape in Germany and Switzerland.
- Complex Deal Navigation: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving local IT, InfoSec, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement teams.

- Vertical Expertise: Deep, existing relationships and experience selling technology solutions directly into the German/Swiss Wealth Management, Private Banking, and/or Insurance sectors.
