We're seeking a Senior Google User Acquisition Manager to join one of Ruby Labs' fastest-growing companies. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience across Search, PMax, YouTube, and Display. You'll take full ownership of ad accounts, manage 6-figure monthly budgets, and make independent, data-driven decisions. Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display) - managing 6-figure monthly budgets with full accountability for performance and scaling
- Provide a clear operational structure for running and scaling campaigns across multiple regions worldwide
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts and messaging, provide actionable feedback based on performance data
- Run structured tests to identify winning creatives, keywords, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Work closely with the data team to leverage reports, attribution models, and insights effectively
- Demonstrate ownership and proactivity by identifying growth opportunities and driving sustainable increases in spend and ROI
Requirements
- Google Ads Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMax, YouTube, and Display, with proven ability to scale $500k+ monthly budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROI
- Multi-GEO Expertise: Experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and regions
- Strong Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, MixPanel, or similar tools, and the ability to build custom performance analyses and frameworks
- Platform & Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Google Ads account structures, keyword strategy, audience targeting, Smart Bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and creative testing methodologies
- Autonomous & Growth-Oriented: Self-driven professional who takes full ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is strongly motivated to experiment, scale, and continuously improve long-term performance
- Clear Communication: Strong English communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights, performance results, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience automating Google Ads workflows using scripts, rules, or AI-powered tools
